We are welcoming spring 2022 to 5 Sisters Organics farm in Bemidji, Minnesota. We talk a lot about growing garlic on this blog, but there are many other activities on the farm to keep us busy. We have opened up the summer lodging, removed some massive rocks from fields, we are tending to the farmhouse and the outbuildings, and we are watching our plantings sprout! In addition to garlic, this year we are also eager to tend to our new elderberry and ingredients for Fire Cider.
