Garlic hanging to cure

Our organic, gourmet garlic is harvested and hanging in our drying barn to cure for a few weeks. Then we will prep it and be ready to sell it on our website!

Last year we had a 30% loss of our garlic because of weather conditions, but this year we harvested 92% of our garlic! Yahoo! That will make your home cooked meals 92% more delicious! 😀
