When you are thinking about where to store your garlic, think dry, dark, and airflow. I have a “cellar” space under my stairs, and I hang my garlic on a shoe rack on the inside of the door. I ordered hanging clips from Amazon, and the garlic gets plenty of airflow. I have enough to last the whole winter now!
